From booking to leaving our trip to Krakow the Aparthotel's host/owner Aleksandra was helpful, friendly and accomodating. She kept in touch with us via the Booking.com inbox. She went over and above to make sure we could get into the building late at night after arriving 10+ hours after we'd originally planned (document issues at Manchester Airport.) She also took the time to speak to us about the sights and recommendations for the city, we were delighted to find loads of information alongside a map in our room upon arrival. The vaccination tests changed whilst we were there and she was very helpful in offering guidance around where to get a lateral flow test prior to flying home. The room was clean and cosy, we both remarked upon how comfy the beds are! The best thing was how central the hotel is, a super easy walk to everywhere and only 30mins to the airport! We will be recommending to anyone we know who wants to visit Krakow!

Aleksandra was almost like a tour guide with the amount of amazing information she gave us! ranging from events and times as well as how to get there! she even went as far to help us with recommendations in Zakopane our next destination. again the accommodation was 10/10 but she made it 11/10. i can only hope you book there and get the same experience we did.

Great location. You walk out of the building and you are on the main tourist street. 5 minutes from the main square. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Fridge, air conditioning and kettle were in place :)
